How do I find the best meeting time between two time zones?

Line up the working hours of each city and look for the hours that fall inside both at once. Any hour that sits within 9-to-5 for both people is a comfortable slot. When no such hour exists, settle for a compromise window where one person is working and the other is at least awake, and rotate who takes the early or late call.

What is a fair meeting time when two time zones barely overlap?

When two cities share little or no working time, such as New York and Sydney, the only realistic windows sit at the edge of someone's day: early morning for one person or late evening for the other. Keep those calls short, agree on a hard stop, and alternate the awkward slot so the same person is not always the one staying up.

Does this tool account for daylight saving time?

Yes. The grid reads live time zone data from your browser, so daylight saving shifts are already applied for today's date. Because regions switch on different dates, double-check a meeting that is several weeks out, since one city may cross a daylight saving boundary before the call happens.
