Here is a great Firefox Add-On for better tab management. I love it. Check out this video.

If you like you can test out Tab Candy right now. If you click on this link, you’ll download a special “super-early” build of Firefox (Firefox 4 beta, to be specific) with Tab Candy. It’s early so there are bugs and performance issues, but this is a very, very good idea.
